Nutritional supplement to help support energy production and antioxidant status; used as adjunct in CoQ10 deficiency, fatigue/weakness, and cardiovascular health support.
Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble compound involved in mitochondrial electron transport and ATP (energy) production. It also acts as an antioxidant, helping reduce oxidative stress in cells.
Take as directed by a physician. Generally taken orally once daily with or after food (preferably with a meal containing fat) for better absorption; swallow tablet whole with water.
