Nutraceutical/health supplement; exact uses depend on composition mentioned on the pack (commonly used for nutritional support and deficiency prevention).
It works by supplying essential nutrients/plant extracts (as per label) that help restore or maintain normal body functions and support overall health. The specific mechanism depends on the listed ingredients.
Take by mouth with water as advised by your doctor/pharmacist. Usually taken with/after food to reduce stomach upset; follow the label for dose and duration.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Ciss Q as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Ciss Q than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Ciss Q are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

| Alcohol | Use with caution |
| Habit forming | No |
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have kidney/liver disease, are on long-term medicines, or have allergy to any ingredient. Stop and seek medical help if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs. Nutraceuticals are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
May interact with other supplements and medicines depending on ingredients (e.g., anticoagulants/antiplatelets, antidiabetic drugs, thyroid medicines, some antibiotics). Check the pack composition and consult a healthcare professional before combining.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
