Cital Pm6 Sugar Free Solution is used in the treatment of kidney stone.
Cital Pm6 Sugar Free Solution is a combination of three medicines: Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) which prevent kidney stones. Potassium Citrate and Magnesium Citrate raise urine pH and prevents the formation, growth and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys, thereby preventing stones. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is added as its deficiency is associated with increased synthesis of oxalate, which is one of the constituents of kidney stones.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Cital Pm6 Sugar Free Solution is to be taken with food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Cital-Pm6 Solution. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
