Relief of bronchospasm in asthma and COPD (chronic bronchitis, emphysema); helps ease wheeze, chest tightness and shortness of breath.

How it works

Etophylline and theophylline are methylxanthine bronchodilators. They relax bronchial smooth muscles and improve airflow, and also reduce airway responsiveness by inhibiting phosphodiesterase and antagonizing adenosine.

Directions for use

Oral syrup. Take exactly as prescribed; measure with a dosing cup/spoon. Can be taken with food to reduce stomach upset; take at the same time each day and avoid exceeding the dose. Do not use for acute severe asthma attack unless advised by a doctor.
