Composition

Electrolytes with energy (effervescent tablet): Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Magnesium (exact strengths vary by label), Dextrose/Carbohydrates, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) and/or B-vitamins (if present as per pack)

How it works

Provides key electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium) to help restore fluid and electrolyte balance lost in sweat. Added carbohydrates/vitamins support energy and reduce fatigue associated with dehydration.

Directions for use

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass (about 250-500 ml) of water and drink immediately after fizzing stops. Use during/after workout or when dehydrated; follow pack directions and do not exceed recommended daily intake.
