How to take Rosumac Gold

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. ROSUmac Gold 20 Capsule should be taken with or after food.

Never stop this medicine on your own before surgery or dental work — stopping it carries its own risk, and the decision is your doctor's. Avoid contact sports and take care with razors and sharp tools. Aspirin must not be given to children or teenagers with a fever or a viral illness — it is linked to Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious condition affecting the brain and liver. Low-dose aspirin for the heart is a lifelong treatment. Do not stop it before surgery or dental work without asking the doctor who prescribed it. Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness — especially with fever or dark urine — without waiting for your next appointment. Your doctor will check your liver with a blood test before starting and from time to time afterwards. Cholesterol medicines work silently; you will not feel their benefit, and that is not a reason to stop. Tell your doctor if you develop new or worsening diabetes symptoms.
