Not recommended in pregnancy (can harm the unborn baby), especially 2nd/3rd trimester. Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Must not be used in pregnancy — it can seriously harm the developing baby. Not for people with narrowing of both kidney arteries, or a history of swelling of the face and throat caused by this group of medicines.

Potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics (spironolactone, amiloride), ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (higher risk of kidney issues/hyperkalemia; avoid in diabetes with aliskiren), NSAIDs (ibuprofen/diclofenac; may reduce effect and affect kidneys), lithium (increased lithium levels), diuretics (may increase first-dose hypotension).
