A To Z Woman Capsule is used for prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in women, nutritional supplementation during poor diet, weakness/fatigue related to deficiencies, support for immunity, skin/hair/nails and overall wellbeing.

A To Z Woman Capsule contains Multivitamins + Multiminerals + Antioxidants (exact strengths vary by pack; please refer to pack label). It belongs to the Multivitamin-multimineral with antioxidants class of medicines.
Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as cofactors in energy metabolism, blood formation and tissue repair. Antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress and support immune function, improving overall nutritional status.
Capsule for oral use. Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by a physician, preferably after food. Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of A To Z Woman as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more A To Z Woman than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of A To Z Woman are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, hypercalcemia, hemochromatosis/iron overload, or history of kidney stones. If pregnant/breastfeeding or taking other supplements, consult a doctor to avoid excess intake (especially vitamin A, D, iron). Stop and seek medical help if signs of allergy occur.
Antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) – reduced absorption, Levothyroxine – reduced absorption, Bisphosphonates – reduced absorption, Antacids containing aluminium/magnesium – may affect absorption, Warfarin/other anticoagulants – possible interaction if vitamin K present, Other vitamin/mineral supplements – risk of overdose
