Cilacar-M 10/50 mg Tablet contains Cilnidipine 10 mg + Metoprolol succinate (extended-release) 50 mg tablet. It belongs to the Calcium channel blocker (cilnidipine) + Beta-1 selective beta-blocker (metoprolol succinate ER) class of medicines.

Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (L/N-type) that relaxes blood vessels and reduces peripheral resistance. Metoprolol is a cardioselective beta-1 blocker that lowers heart rate and cardiac output and reduces renin release, helping lower blood pressure.

How to take Cilacar-M 10/50 mg Tablet

Take orally as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew (metoprolol ER). Can be taken with or after food; continue regularly even if you feel well.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
