Atorvastatin 10 mg
Used to treat high cholesterol (hypercholesterolaemia) and mixed dyslipidaemia; helps reduce risk of cardiovascular events (heart attack, stroke) in at-risk patients along with diet and lifestyle changes.
Atorvastatin is a statin that inhibits HMG‑CoA reductase, the key enzyme required for cholesterol synthesis in the liver. This lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and triglycerides and can modestly increase HDL (“good”) cholesterol.
Tablet for oral use. Take once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, as prescribed. Continue cholesterol-lowering diet and exercise; do not stop without medical advice.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Endolip 10MG Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Contraindicated in active liver disease and during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, weakness, dark urine (risk of myopathy/rhabdomyolysis). Use with caution in liver disease, heavy alcohol use, hypothyroidism, kidney impairment, and elderly; periodic liver function tests may be advised. May affect blood sugar in some patients.
