Ensure D provides calories from carbohydrates and fats along with high-quality protein to support muscle maintenance and recovery. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and supports bone strength, while added vitamins and minerals help meet daily micronutrient requirements.
For oral use. Mix the recommended number of scoops in water or milk as per label directions, stir until dissolved and consume immediately. Can be taken with or without food; use 1–2 servings daily or as advised by a doctor/dietitian. Measure using the scoop provided and avoid using boiling-hot liquids.
