Rozustat-ASP Capsule combines two medicines that work together to reduce cardiovascular risk. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering agent that blocks an enzyme responsible for cholesterol production in the liver, thereby lowering LDL and triglycerides while raising HDL cholesterol. Aspirin is an antiplatelet agent that prevents platelets from clumping together, reducing the formation of harmful blood clots. How to take Rozustat Asp

Missed dose and overdose

Do not take Rozustat Asp if

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Must not be used in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Not for people with active liver disease. Not for people with active bleeding, a bleeding disorder, or a recent bleed into the brain.

Interactions with other medicines

Grapefruit juice raises the level of some statins — avoid it. Certain antibiotics, antifungals and fibrates increase the risk of muscle damage when combined. Anti-inflammatory painkillers, including over-the-counter ones, sharply raise the bleeding risk. Combining two blood thinners multiplies the risk — never add one yourself.
