Aspirin (75mg) + Clopidogrel (75mg)
Prevention of atherothrombotic events (heart attack, stroke) in patients with recent myocardial infarction, recent ischemic stroke, or established peripheral arterial disease; used in acute coronary syndrome and after coronary stenting as prescribed
Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medicine that irreversibly blocks the platelet P2Y12 (ADP) receptor. This reduces platelet activation and aggregation, helping prevent formation of harmful blood clots in arteries.
Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily, with or without food. Swallow tablet whole with water; take at the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice, especially after stent/ACS.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Clopilet 75 Tablet. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
