Uses of Telindia H Tab

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with telmisartan alone

• •Reduces risk of stroke and heart complications from hypertension
• •Provides stronger BP control than single drug therapy
• •Helps reduce fluid retention (if present)

How it works

Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water through urine, further reducing blood pressure and swelling.

Directions for use

Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; avoid taking late in the day to reduce nighttime urination. Regular BP monitoring is advised.
