Zerotuss XP Syrup may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you. Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, or diabetes before taking Zerotuss XP Syrup. Do not take more than the recommended dose, as overdose may cause rapid heartbeat, nervousness, or tremors. Consult your doctor if your cough lasts more than a few days, worsens, or is accompanied by fever, breathlessness, or chest pain. Do not use Zerotuss XP Syrup without medical advice in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
