Warnings and precautions

Interactions with other medicines
Strong CYP3A inhibitors (ketoconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir), strong CYP3A inducers (rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin), anticoagulants and other antiplatelets (warfarin, heparin, NOACs, clopidogrel) increase bleeding risk, NSAIDs increase bleeding risk, simvastatin/lovastatin high doses, digoxin (monitor levels)

Store at room temperature in a dry place, protected from moisture. Keep in original blister pack until use.

For best results, take it at the same time every day. Brilinta 90mg Tablet increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, using sharp objects, or cutting fingernails or toenails. Do not discontinue using the medicine without consulting your doctor, as this may increase your chances of having another heart attack or stroke. If you are scheduled to undergo surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to temporarily stop taking Brilinta 90mg Tablet. You may experience shortness of breath in the initial weeks of therapy.
