Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Telmiride LNB 50 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: cilnidipine, metoprolol, and telmisartan. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood pressure when single or dual therapy is not effective.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telmiride LNB 50 Tablet should be taken with or after food.

If you miss a dose of Telmiride LNB 50 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Telmiride LNB 50 Tablet is a combination of three medicines that help lower your blood pressure. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent stroke and heart attack. Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. A sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur, especially when you first start taking this medicine. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while you are sitting down, and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. It may cause the level of potassium in the blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as bananas and broccoli. Do not stop taking Telmiride LNB 50 Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor.
