It also widens the blood vessels in the body for better blood flow, thereby preventing angina as well as migraine. Propranolol helps block the effects of the chemical messengers, namely, adrenaline and noradrenaline, that are produced by the brain and are responsible for increasing your heart rate, which makes you feel anxious. This way it helps with anxiety. While treating pheochromocytoma, Betacap TR 60 Capsule may be given to block the action of high-adrenaline hormones, to lower the risk of developing dangerously high blood pressure during surgery for removing the tumor.
How to take Betacap Tr 60
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Betacap TR 60 Capsule may be taken with or without food. Avoid Betacap TR 60 Capsule with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

If you have diabetes, be aware that this medicine can mask the early warning signs of low blood sugar, apart from sweating. Report a resting pulse that is persistently very slow, or fainting.
Do not take Betacap Tr if
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with a very slow heart rate, certain heart block disorders, or uncontrolled heart failure. Generally avoided in severe asthma.
Interactions with other medicines
Combining with verapamil or diltiazem can slow the heart dangerously. Tell your doctor about diabetes medicines and about any asthma inhaler.
