How to take Cilnikem 20 mg Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cilnikem 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Cilnikem 20 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Cilnikem than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. A sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur, especially when you first start taking Cilnikem 20 Tablet. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. To reduce the swelling, raise your legs while you are sitting down. Talk to your doctor if it does not go away. Cilnikem 20 Tablet may cause dizziness. Do not drive or perform any activity that requires mental focus until you know how Cilnikem 20 Tablet affects you. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
